Installing light standard/pole lights in backyard sports court/riding arena, need easy way to change bulbs?

as above, I want to have tall pole lights installed, but when the bulb or light on the tall pole burn out, is there an easy way to change them? Is there some sort of lights available that are on a pulley system so I can lower it down to the ground to change it? A couple contractors say they have not heard of one, but I have found they often don%26#039;t know it all. anyone?|||if you are using a standard screw in incandescent bulb you can go to home depot and get a long pole the has a cup on the end of it that holds the light bulb in a cage it grips the bulbs as you turn it and allows you to unscrew it and screw it back in they work really will the pole is made of fiber glass or heavy plastic any way it wont hurt you while you change bulbs and you don%26#039;t have to fall off a ladder but don%26#039;t try using it if raining you wont look good well done hahaha you can find it in lighting dept or in the tools if you don%26#039;t ask them about it i found a couple of links that should help the last one is and extension to the first it is just a thread pole like the ones that you use on paint roller
