How do I change light bulbs that are very high up?

I have extremely high cathedral ceilings and even my husbands extra tall extension ladder that can be made into an a-frame does not reach. They are small spotlight style bulbs - 3 in a row. They have been out for a while now - I don%26#039;t want to pay for a professional to replace them. I once saw a pole with a %26#039;grabber%26#039; on the end that is for changing light bulbs but not sure if this will work, as I%26#039;ve not heard of anyone using them. Are they any good? Does anyone have any suggestions?|||well this is what my dad did

he got the right length of a wood stick and got double sided extra sticky tape on the end of it. connect it to the burnt out lightbulb and twist it till it comes out. then replace it with the new light buld and do that same thing cept twisting it in. goodluck!|||You can purchase these groovy devices...

Haven%26#039;t had to use one as we have really low ceilings... but thse look like a good idea and relatively easy to use.

Hope this helps,
